Comments:
Did squats during lunch.

Warmed up with Forbes and General Movement. Did hurdles, 600 (200 w/, 200 w/o, 200 w/) and 3x400 (200 w/, 100 w/o, 100 w/). Not good. Getting frustrated with this whole hurdling business, although I know it just takes time...
Ran to the ENGR 145 SI Session and back due to time constraints.
