3 sets of 2x400 at mile pace. 100m jog in between each 400 within a set and a 3minute jog in between sets.

some of the hardest wind i've ever seen, and a lot of rain made this --particularly the last one-- a lot of effort. Still hit below the target pace, which was 75.
