rock creek trails. started out feeling terrrrrrrrrible, arches were bothersome, just didnt get in the groove. so i stopped after about 15 mins and stretched out calves and feet a bit. that did the trick, zoom. ankle did fine on hills. excited to get back into workouts tomorrow.
