warmed up feelin good did the first 110m in 18.3 number 1 on the team but not what i wanted. the next one really battled through ran a 17.9 which is a pr! first of the season without blocks and good spikes so really happy with that. did a hundred meter trial and my quad tweaked still ran a 11.9 so i'm happy with that.
