ahh its so nice to be back running with people!! Even though i wasnt with a pack, its still wonderful inspiration!
jog to au, drills and dynamics, 7 300s (100m recovery, 500 between 4 and 5, 200 between 6 and 7). not the best feel-good workout but not terrible. Crunches, pushups, supermen and clams at home.
