Comments:
On back side of fastbowl. That was hard. 20 seconds in between 100's, felt really bad because I couldn't recover at all in this period of time. 2 min rest in between first 3 sets, 3min before last set. Stuck generally right behind Ken, probably a little under a second behind Maccoll. Usually did 16's, some 15's, some 17's. Breathing was tougher than the legs tightening up.
