Weather: Sunny and chilly

Comments:
1st Practice with the club team. It went pretty well. Hard workout. Was sore the next day. The speed work will be a really nice complement. And it is great motivation to get out and run on a regular schedule!

The workout:
4 x 200m with 200 jog between
2 x 400m with 400 jog
1 x 800m with 800 jog
2 x 400m with 400 jog
4 x 200m with 200 jog between
