Weather: absolutely beautiful, but windy

Comments:
had to run this workout alone too. really wanted to go with kurt and drew, but had to go to my accounting quiz. not cool. was kinda worried about this workout, cause felt kinda tired all day, and biking 10 miles home from work straight into a fierce wind really sapped my legs. anyways, workout was 500 hard, long rest, then 4x200. went through the 400 of the 5 in 53-even and more or less hung on, which was way better than i expected. 200's were 29.4, 27.4, 25.9, 26.0. while i went pretty fast this workout, i still didnt ever feel like i was going that fast. never got up on my toes at all, and didnt feel smooth, though coach said i looked pretty good. it's nice to know i can just cruise through a 26 though. probably a good idea to not try to blow out the last 200 as well, cause i sorta felt like the hamstring wouldve gone if i had tried that.
