Comments:
Went over to HS track, saw HS coaches talked with them and was a good refresher.
Ran Golf Course Loop by HS, felt good. IT band a bit tight like yesterday. Beautiful day
Finished with hurdles drills and hurdle jumping.(Had HS critique my approach and efficiency jumping over...got much better at it!)
