Comments:
Got lazy yesterday and didn't run. I've made a pact to not take any more days off while I'm here. It's sort of a after-lent lent, since lent is over in two days. Ran three easy with nick(one of the running club kids) then ran a mile alone, then did four by hundred meter accels. Lifted for an hour at home.
