Weather: 78 and warm

Comments:
Jogged from home to HS. Stood. Ran from HS-AU (back-way). Stood. Jogged and strided for nearly a mile. Timed. Jogged slowly with sprinters from AU to HS. Stood. Jogged from HS to home. Felt tired throughout.

Got a free and very painful one hour deep-tissue massage earlier in the afternoon. Very sore back/shoulders afterward. Hopeful it will benefit me long-term.
