Comments:
I ended up suffering from dehydration. I had to stop what was supposed to be a 20 mile run at the 15.7 mile mark. I layed down for 30 minutes and then began to walk down the Blue Ridge Parkway. After walking down one mile, I ran into a stream where I began to cup and drink some of the water. I barely had the strength to run down the last part. I am only recording the first part's mileage.
