pace work sortof, goal 77. 200 jog inbetween.. Sets of 4
substantial rest inbetween sets, decreased slightly as we went on.
some were as low as 74. wrote this days afterward.
first 3 sets were with Nick Hirdt. He kept up with me.
mine- pace for 2 mile. Hirdt- pace for mile
