4 loops around towers, felt pretty good. 9:00 first one, kind of a warmup, next one much faster, about same pace throughout, mile marker in 5:15 and 6:42 finish. Next one started out slower, got progressively faster, mile marker in 5:28 and finish in 6:50. Cooldown loop and back to school. Not too bad of a workout, good to be back in the swigng
