Ft Reno 8x200!

Extended warmup to wilson track//part of the back-way way to St Albans and back to Ft Reno. Loosening up drills/striders then 8x200. Not quite sure about times, upper upper 30s and i think 40 for one or 2. Good news is its faster than the workout over spring break! Power of the team!
Crunches pushups at school, clams and supermen at home. Rolled ankle yesterday in glover, the whole tendonish thing is really sore// really stiff. Good news there is it worked itself out by the 4th 200. Ice tonight!!!
