9x300 with 2 minutes rest starting around 48 for the first 2, 45.x for the next 5, and then 42-43 for the last 2. Felt surprisingly good on this workout, and much better than on either day this weekend. Left hip is still pretty sore, but wasn't giving me problems during the workout. Felt smoother than before, and was able to just cruise the 45's, though the rest seemed to be getting shorter and shorter as the workout went on. Also, no hamstring problems, which I was a little concerned about before the workout, since there were a lot of intervals with enough time in between to tense up, but the hot weather helped.
