Weather: humid, but pretty lovely

Comments:
same workout as last week:2 x 1600 7:00-7:15 with 3 min between.
so sleep deprived from the awesome weekend I had so it was a little rough. A little slower than last week, 6:56 and 6:52, but thats ok. Maggie went faster for the second one and I lost her a bit. Inside right knee hurt a tiny bit on the warmup, but nothing hurt during the tempo or after. Well, maybe my pride a little... very out of shape haha.
