Weather: HOT, 80 at 10 in the morning
Comments:
5x1000 with 2 min rest, 3:02, 3:01, 3:01, 3:02, 2:59. Kept getting hotter throughout the workout. First one felt a little uncomfortable, but got into a nice rhythm on 2 and 3. 4 got pretty tough, but 5 wasn't any tougher. Really surprised was able to make the last one the fastest. Overall pretty hard workout but glad to get through it
