Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
AM-10 min warm-up, active stretching, 30 minutes easy, 4 striders, and some lower body work. Felt great. 5 miles total

PM-8 total, 6 on the roads, decent paced, and then 2 easy on the grass barefoot. 4 striders and some core after. so/so run, lungs felt great, legs a little heavy.
