Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Decided to try a relay race with the team today. We had 4 kids, and then me and Jung running, so we had two teams of three. We had to run 3 laps around our school track each. Each lap is about 550 meters. It went all right. My legs felt pretty horrible. I gave it what I had, but it was a lot slower than it should have been. I've got some work to do before I'm in shape.
