Comments:
2 mile warmup to NRV. 9x300 with Drew and Brett. Ran these faster than the workout in the fall with kelly. 2 min. rest in between(about 100m jog). Splits were something like 50,46,47,45,44,45,43,41,43. Felt great. Just striding out the last 100m every time.
2 mile cooldown.
