long run with AT

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran about 2.8 miles and then slowly built into AT pace. Ran AT for 15 minutes, and probably got down to about 5:30 pace at the end. Took a 5 minute break and then ran the 5.4 miles back home. Felt good all things considered. Legs were oddly numb on the way back. Didn't really feel too bad, but felt like if I stopped I might not ever be able to start again
