Weather: cloudy, breezy, but still hot

Comments:
tried to stay on 7 minute pace for the 2 mile. that was hard but doable. jogged a lap. then another mile. started out kinda slow but started to feel really good at the 800 and picked it up. kinda redeeming from tuesday's workout :)
