late morning training run

Weather: 50 degrees, cloudy, windy

Comments:
strong wind in my face first two miles. Slight cramp at 1.5 miles while going uphill. Steep hill at 1.5 and 2.5. Felt great through the whole run. Strong sub 8 minute mile to finish. Not winded at all.
