Comments:
well, at least long for the milage i'm doing right now. starting a slow build up though, so i'm optimistic about future training. at 37:00, i started a sequence of 30 sec pickups followed by 1 min at normal pace. did 6 of these to change it up in the middle. felt good, happy with this run
