Comments:
felt pretty good, delayed the run a bit because my stomach/bowels were not feeling that great after lunch. ended up going really well though, felt nice pretty much the whole way.
"warm-up" past hale farm to buckeye trailhead. stopped and stretched. tempoed up the trail until it hits the big downhill in the park (about 12min) took it easy down the steep hill, loosened back into an easy pace on bath rd, then picked it up for two miles on the tow path on the way back. 5:50 and 5:55. surprised that the second one was slower, and surprised at how easy the first one felt. i think without the hilly stuff before hand, it would have been quite comfortable which excites me for being able to hit around 6min pace for the first 3 at least and then book it for the last two in that 5mi. we'll see what happens though
