400s at "mile pace" 4 reps and two sets. took the first set way to fast, mostly from feeling unsatisfied with saturdays meet, splits were 66 66 69 69. By the second set i was feeling really dehydrated and my legs were really heavy. ran 73 76 then dropped back to the JV group and ran 75 72
