Comments:
This was a shock to the system. 2 miles up, then 5/5/5/3/3/3 with 5 minutes after the 5's, and 3 min/4 min after the 300's.
74, 78, 74, 42, 42, 42.
Literally felt sick after for about 15 minutes, head hurt real bad. If I can not do a track workout for 2.5 weeks and then do this I know my fitness is definitely there. Just need to get in some races. Only a 1 mile cooldown.
