Comments:
The meet was postponed until Thursday, Gettysburg is a bunch of wimps. Kell gave us speed workout options and we all wanted 30-30s. 2 warm up 200s then did 8 of them, I hit 30 on the first one but after that no one (not even Greg!) was hitting 30. It was pretty tough with this kind of workout that compounds because we had so little rest. More like 33-27 or something for me. I pushed the second to last one and was dead on number 8. Easy cooldown with John and Dugan afterward.
