Weather: Warm outdoor track

Track for a workout today. Honestly this workout was tougher than I thought it was going to be especially the 100's at the end. We did 4x400 with 1min, 4x200 with 30sec, and 4x100 with 15sec(But really like 20-30sec). Paces were 62-63 on the quarters, 29-30 on the 200s and Hard on the 100's. I ended up really liking this. Just last night I was complaining that we hadn't done anything rediculously hard in outdoor yet. THis wasn't as rediculous as say 10xquarter or 9x300 but its was definitly tough at the end. Really good workout though. I hit all the splits and was tired at the end but since it was fast thats okay.
Splits: 60.98, 63.5, 63.0, 62.3, 29.5, 30.9, 30.2, 30.5, 13.8, 15.2, 13.7, 14.5
(THe wind was blowing pretty good down the home streach wihch is why the 200's and 100's seem to alternate between slower and faster)
