I guessed on the 3 miles part =]
Anyways It felt great!!!
I had enough energy at the end to go pretty fast.
I feel like I'm getting better!:]
My hip started hurting tho, I hurt both of em last year in track=/
I felt great afterwords!!

Me and tasha went to the middle school.
we took this weird route tho!
haha.
but overall I felt i couldve done better in the beginning but suceeded in the end.
I ate a brownie like half an hour before I came.
bad idea, but I made brownies && they were soo good
