uhhhh yeah. mediocre.
ran a 65 for the 4. again. really felt it afterward. should have done some more striders on that because i felt REALLY warmed up for the 8 after it. 800 was pretty good, 2:29. should have started going just a little earlier. i didn't necessarily have a lot left, but i could have held on if i started to kick a little sooner. 4x4 was like 10 mins later so feeling a bit depleted, 66. meh. nothing to be disappointed over, but nothing to brag about.
