Hill Sprints & 200's

Comments:
20 minute progression warmup. Went up on Wyckoff and did 4 hill sprints of approx 100m at a very hard pace. Felt slow, but i guess thats what building leg speed is about. Came down to the track and did 3 200's which felt really good afterwards. I would say it was a good day.
