Easy pre race run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did three miles easy, then 3 accells, then another mile easy. Felt ok. Legs were a little tired in the beginning still, but felt good by the end. Big race tommorrow. It's a four man relay race. The first three runners run a mile, and the last runner (me) runs two miles. We pay 50 bucks to register, but get 500 if we win. Me, Jung, a senior in the running club, and another worlteacher are running it.
