Weather: rainy, cold

Comments:
the non-running or throwing things were all on a yoga mat in garage. V-ups were done with poor form, ball against wall turned into throw ball forwards and go get it. The accidental RIB was limited to unlocking the laptop and reading down, approximately 5-10 seconds
The 800 was just 4 mins of running, thus a guess, and more likely long than short
