well i found out some things today.

best 800 ever, i mean besides a pr, i did exactly what i wanted to do. kept a quick pace through the 400, maintained to the 550 and started to pick up. i feel like that was a good strategy, took advantage of my "speed" a little more. huuuuuuge migraine after, which was weird.

400. not stellar. just didn't feel good at all. very pukey after and stomach felt twisted. didn't get a time on it. long cooldown.

4x4 wasn't as bad as the open 4, but it felt like everything shut down after. overall, i think i need to stop running 400s for a while. it's wearing on my ankles and im not really going anywhere with them.

i twisted my ankle a little before the open 4. it wasn't swelling or giving me much pain but im going to keep an eye on it and take tomorrow off.
