Weather: generally unpleasant
Comments:
Alarm didn't go off, barely made bus. Raced the 1600. 4:47. Not great, not bad, it's kind of a PR depending on how you count. Race went out really really slow (73) second lap was quick (68) and last two were at 73 or so. Gotta work on pacing and not getting jostled around too much for next week.
