What can I say...it was on my schedule...I had to do it! :)
In the end, Coach McGinnis said that it was up to me as to what to do today, and I thought getting my long run in would be the best thing. I felt pretty tired and I almost stopped 25 min or so into the run, but I kept on going, and I felt a little better towards the middle of the run. I am happy that I did it though! :)
