Wanted to do a track workout with hurdles to prepare for this Saturday's steeple, but my ankle is still tender. Ran out Grafton and Dorset to Kenwood to CCT to BCC back through Chevy Chase via Thornapple and Brookville. Bit of tempo in the middle. Feeling worn down.
