Comments:
On my makeshift bowl. It was very windy and there were piles of mulch all over my course, which was annoying. 3:52, 3:49, 3:48, 3:40(closed the last 600 in 1:48). Probably should have worked the front end a little faster. 1 minute recovery. I've had better workouts, but felt really good on the last one.
