Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Overcast and a little chilly.

Comments:
This run is why I run distance. For real! Don't get me wrong Indoor confrence was amazing but theres nothing like the clenzing power of a really good long run. I was kinda in a funk all afternoon. Kinda just moping around dowin 145 HW which sucked. Felling nervous about confrence and kiinda neverous about a certain special someone. I'm not going to lie going into this run I felt like pushing a little bit to get out my frustrations. But boy did I not relize how easy that was going to be. I kinda knew I was running fast but I didn't feel bad at all. Somewhere around 2 miles in something just clicked. I just felt awsome! All my nerves just melted away and I feel so much better now. Its amazing. I think I actually laughed out loud at that point. Form then on the run was just awsome. I just kinda flew around the upper lake and back thinking about confrence and how I really have nothing to be nervous about there. Its gonna be great. I love peak fitness when everything seems amazing and you run so fast. I feel awsome now even though I ran fast. What a great run.
