Fast Bowl 4x1800

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
warm-up, then 4x1800m at A1, A1, A2, A3 with 30 sec rest. The first 2 I hit pace (~8:21) with my group of Jess, L.Brady, L.Metzger, and Kara. It was really good to have a group encouraging me and to tuck in behind. The last 2 I fell behind a lot, but I guess I'm proud of myself for hitting the 1st 2 right-on.
cool-down, 10min ice-bath for hip, didn't feel too bad while I was running but still hurts.
