Comments:
5 minute warmup, stretch, and a few drills
4x8 which was last minute, but still we ran well, everyone else just seemed to run better. 2:43
Stretched a lot and ran a few times in between.
2 mile- 12:33
I'd say it was a great day overall for the lack of warm up before the 4x8 and hopefully I can keep improving my 2 mile time from here.
