Exercise Type: Run

Weather: better than yesterday, hot but alright

Comments:
4 x .9 mile repeats on the first mile of the 5k course starting and ending at the bench, first and last slow, middle two at 5k pace, hit 6:30, 4:33, 4:40, 6:43, going to and from cj plus our 5k course as a cooldown added on a lot so good mileage day, felt fine for the most part on the intervals though i could use some more speedwork i guess, we had kp come visit today for the moco tour
