Weather: nice a lil heat in the air

Comments:
3 mile warm up. 20x400m on grass with 200m jog recovery. hip was good today, barely bothered me until the end. was able to complete workout on time. cool down back home was rough. hip wanted to start to hurt so i stopped, got some water and stretched a lil. hip did ok the rest of way home.
