Comments:
ran 2 sets of 4x200 with 1 min rest (jog across field) and 3 min btwn sets. with cindy and natalia. did them in something like 34, 35, 34, 34; 33, 33, 33, 31.9
went well. i was trying to make it feel like a race, thinking about passing or not getting passed.
