Weather: really hot!
Comments:
i went for a 10 min. warmup and then i did fartlek 5 min hard, 5 easy, 4, 4, 3,3,2,2,1, then 4 min easy to get back. then i took a short break, hydrated, and did a cooldown. i dont know the milage for each separate split, but i know i did the workout fast because the average mile per hour (including the easy parts) was a little under 6, so the hard parts must have been really hard). i felt good, other than a small cramp and the really hot weather. i looked the overall mileage up on google earth.
