Stupid 4x800 was the most disgraceful race I've ever ran. I randaomly got picked to be the last leg. I was 50 meters down from their exhibition team and 300 meters down from their real time. Didn't make up any gap on their exhibition team and got lapped by their real team. Just jogged the second lap after a pitiful first.

Mile sucked just as bad. The pace was set way too fast from the start and I even tried to keep my distance from Ziggy and Dugan. Still had a 1:10, slowed down tremendously and out-sprinted Dugan for 5th place and a new crappy PR. Was spitting a little blood afterward randomly.

I decided I'd salvage the meet and go for 3rd in the 2 mile. Jogged the first lap and let a few Milton Hershey kids build a 100 meter lead. Sat on Ziggy and Henson for the rest of the first mile then (5:43). I then took control of our pack so we could catch the Milton Hershey kids. Slowly reeled them in with Ziggy and Henson on my back. Dropped everyone in my pack in the last lap for a 1:13 8th lap, 5:29 last mile. Negatived splitted each lap I think.

We got destroyed in the team standings and I had the most racing mileage in a meet for the second time this season. No watch, guessing total Warmup and Cooldown.
