Relay for Life

Comments:
600 (1:23), then 3x200 (30, 27, 25?) Felt surprisingly good, especially on the 600. went through in 54 and finished in 29. Wind was swirling really bad, and it felt like we running into it in every direction. Also had to dodge people setting up for relay for life. Good workout though, all I have to do is tack a 30 onto the end of that 6 and I'm running 1:53. Easier said than done, but it doesn't seem out of reach anymore. I'm ready for a breakout race.
