6x200 with Drew all between 27.2 and 27.4 except the last one which was 26.6. Felt okay, coach said we looked smooth, though i would probably disagree. wore tights for the whole workout so I wouldn't tighten up. forgot running shoes, but it really didn't matter cause we ran the workout in spikes and the cooldown barefoot
